Page requests involve technically necessary data, including IP address, date and time, requested file, status code, data volume, browser and operating system details, and, where applicable, the previously visited page.

Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed under our legitimate interest in handling your communication, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The form sends your message to our email inbox. Hosting and email providers participate in technical processing. No separate form database is intended to store message content.

We retain correspondence for as long as it is needed to process the enquiry and, where relevant, perform a contract. It is then deleted unless statutory retention duties or the necessary establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require otherwise. Form submissions are not automatically used for newsletters.

4. Protection against abusive enquiries

The form uses a hidden check field and limits requests per IP address. An identifier derived from the IP address and timestamps are processed on the server. The limit considers the last hour. Older temporary files are removed by automatic cleanup triggered by further requests; they may remain longer without new requests. These files contain no message content. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is protecting the form and email infrastructure from misuse.

5. Cookies, fonts and audience measurement
